Although, boron (B) is an essential micronutrient for plants, animals and human beings; at high concentration of in water resources may be hazardous living being. Hence the has to reduced down suggested level by World Health Organization safe use irrigation drinking. The present study examines pollution groundwater suggests alternative sorbent remove it from sources used poly-2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA)-co- glycidyl (GMA)- polyethyleneimine (PEI)- Fe3+ columns were synthesized adsorb compounds a real samples synthetic solution. Boron was removed 78.2% poly (HEMA-co-GMA)-PEI- column amount 54.42 mg/g, pH 8. However, lower adsorption ratio recorded as between 35.8–58.1% where adsorbed its derivates found 9–28.67 mg/g due other chemical ions samples. Boron-loaded regenerated 0.01 M NaOH treatment industrial practice. Regeneration cycles performed successfully 15-times with only loss 5% capacity columns.
